- テンション斑等で横筋が発生することがありますので、テンションが均一になるようにご注意いただき、事前にロスを多めに見ていただくことを推奨致します。
- 染色工場から入荷したコーンは、巻き返さずにそのまま使用してください。（横筋の原因になる可能性があります。）
- 結び目前後に汚れや番手不良が発生し易いため、手汚れ等、充分に注意してください。
- 糸を結ぶ場合は、50cm～100cm程カットして糸伸びのないことを確認後に、芯糸のみで結んでください。
- 染色方法、色、混率等により違いはありますが、染色ロス平均７％程発生する可能性がありますので、ロス率を考慮の上、ご発注をお願い致します。
